You can book our properties directly from our website. Once we receive your reservation our team shall be in touch with you to confirm your booking.

How do I Know if my booking is confirmed or not?
Our team members will send you an email or whatsapp confirmation message with all your booking details.

Is it safe to book through Shattarka?
Yes, Shattarka uses secure payment systems and verifies all host listings to ensure a safe booking experience.

Can I cancel or change my booking?
Check the cancellation policy before booking or contact the host for changes.

What payment methods are accepted on Shattarka?
We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and selected digital wallets depending on       your region.


Is my payment secure on Shattarka?
Yes, all payments are processed through a secure and encrypted gateway to ensure your information is safe.

When will I be charged for my booking?
You will be charged at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

Are there any hidden charges?
No. All charges—including taxes, service fees, and cleaning fees—are shown clearly before you confirm your booking.

Can I get a refund if I cancel?

Do we need to carry an ID Proof?
YES, guests have to compulsorily submit one original address ID proof (Aadhar, Driving license, Passport).

Are the properties well-maintained and hygienic?
Yes. All our properties undergo regular maintenance checks by our dedicated on-ground team across all locations. While minor wear and tear may occur, especially during harsh weather, it will never affect your stay or comfort.
We take villa and caretaker hygiene very seriously. A deep cleaning process is conducted at regular intervals to ensure every space remains fresh, clean, and guest-ready. Your safety and experience are our top priorities.

Does Shattarka properties provide food services?
Yes, we do provide all the meals (breakfast, lunch & Dinner). The caretaker of the property can provide you home cooked food.

How do I list my villa on Shattarka?
To list your villa, simply create a host account, fill in the property details, upload high-quality photos, and submit your listing for approval.

Is there a fee for hosting my villa on Shattarka?
Shattarka charges a small commission per booking. There are no fees to sign up or list your property.

Can I manage bookings and availability myself?
Yes, hosts have full control over availability, pricing, and booking preferences through the Host Dashboard.

What kind of properties can I list?
You can list private villas, luxury homes, or vacation rentals that meet our quality standards and safety guidelines.

Can I edit my villa details after listing?
Yes, you can update your listing anytime by logging into your host account.
