1. Booking & Payment
Full or partial payment may be required to confirm your booking.
Valid government ID for all adult guests is mandatory at check-in.
Refund and cancellation policies will be specified at the time of booking.
2. Check-In / Check-Out

Early or late check-ins are subject to availability and extra charges.
3. House Rules
To preserve the harmony of the neighborhood:
Strictly no loud music, parties, or disruptive gatherings.
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Guests must treat the home and neighborhood with respect.
4. Guest Responsibility
Damages or loss to property caused during your stay must be compensated.

Please do not rearrange furniture or tamper with electrical fittings.

Guests are advised to keep valuables secure.
We are not responsible for travel disruptions, injuries, or accidents during your stay.
6. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure to provide services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural calamities, strikes, or governmental actions.
7. Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any legal disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Alibaug .
