Sandeep Patil

With a 20+ year career in Human Resources, rising to senior leadership roles in national and international organizations Sandeep is known for blending strategy with empathy. In 2013, he pivoted to found Simless Transmission, a consulting firm built on a philosophy of sustainable growth through five pillars: people, processes, product, profit, and planet. This holistic approach helped organizations evolve into ecosystems balancing success and sustainability.

His passion for nature led to Sandybaba Safaris, a venture rooted in conservation and adventure, offering travelers immersive wilderness experiences that emphasize humility and leadership through nature’s lessons.

Later, he launched Shattarka which stands for two promises: to create soulful stays under starlit skies, and to deliver premium Property Management services for NRIs and HNIs. With his characteristic sense of trust and responsibility, he ensured that Shattarka’s property management wing became a partner for homeowners who needed peace of mind, knowing their investments were cared for with diligence, transparency, and integrity.
