At Shattarka – The 100 Stars, we strive to provide a peaceful and memorable experience to all our guests. We understand that travel plans can change, so we’ve designed a fair and transparent cancellation policy.
1. Cancellation Timelines & Refunds More than 14 days before check-in
Full refund of the booking amount (excluding bank/payment gateway charges)
7 to 14 days before check-in
50% refund of the booking amount.
Less than 7 days before check-in
No refund will be issued.
No-show or early departure
No refund will be given.
2. Rescheduling / Date Modifications
Requests to reschedule must be made at least 7 days before check-in.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and only one change per booking is allowed.
3. Cancellation by Shattarka
In the unlikely event that Shattarka must cancel your reservation (due to natural disasters, emergencies, or other unforeseen reasons), guests will receive either:
A 100% refund, or
The option to reschedule their stay at no extra cost.

5. Refund Timelines
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

During peak seasons or holidays, special cancellation terms may apply. These will be communicated at the time of booking.
